Warranty and Returns

All products we sell are covered by a 12 month warrantee. Should any product you purchase from us be dead on arrival or develop a fault from reasonable use within 12 months of the purchase date then we will repair or replace it free of charge.

 

If you experience a problem with a product you have purchased please contact us by sending an email to support@consolemate.com.au BEFORE you return the product. In this email please let us know your name, email address, order number and the product your are having difficulties with.  Please describe in as much detail as possible the nature of the fault you are experiencing. You will generally receive a response within 24 hours. If we cant help with any suggestions to get the product working you will be given approval for return of the product along with an RA number.

Whenever possible a copy of the original invoice should also be included with your return as well as the RA Number we supplied via email clearly displayed on both the exterior of the package and on a note inside. The six month period for faulty returns begins on the day of despatch, and expires six full months later, any goods returned under this policy after the six month period will not be accepted and will be returned.

Upon receipt of your return the good/s will be fully tested by one of our staff, if it is agreed that the product is faulty an immediate repair or replacement will be arranged (if a repair will take an unacceptable length of time we will generally offer an instant replacement). If the product is no longer in our product range or is out of stock we will offer you the choice of a similar item or a full refund including the outgoing postage charge, due to logistical reasons incoming postage charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If a replacement product or an alternative product are sent the outgoing postage charge is paid by TechStuff Trading and is not chargeable to the customer.

If a returned product is found to be in full working order you will be given the option of having returned to you at your expense or a refund of the items price less a 20% restocking fee.

We accept no responsibility for any returns that are damaged or lost in the post, please package your goods carefully.
