Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from ConsoleMate.com.au, click the "Add To Cart" button on the items product information page (or the small "Buy Now" button that can be found on other product listing pages). Once youve added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now adjust the quantity of the product you wish to order, continue browsing for other products or proceed to checkout and place your order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "My Cart" button at the top of every page on our website.
 

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items youve placed in your Shopping Cart. When youre ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
 

Signing In

If you are a returning customer and not yet logged in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password.

To register as a new customer simply click the "Create Account" button and a new page will be displayed where you can enter your name, address & contact information. When done simple click continue. We will store this information on file so if you come back and want to place another order in the future the process will be quick and simple with no need to enter all your details again.

If you want to proceed directly to checkout without with out creating an account simply click the Checkout button at the bottom of the page. Please note by choosing this option none of your user information will be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.

Select a Shipping Type

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We offer different shipping services suitable for different requirements. For more information on the different shipping methods we currently offer please see HERE

Select a payment method

Choose your preferred payment method. We currently accept most common payment methods including Paymate (Credit Card), Paypal, Bank Deposit/Transfer, Cheque & Australia Post Money Orders. For further information on our accepted payment methods please see HERE

If you have a Gift Voucher or Discount Coupon Code from us you can enter it in the box below the payment method selection and click the Redeem button to have that amount credited from your order total.

At the bottom of the page you will see and Order Comments & Notes box. Here you can enter any special requests or other messages you would like to send us with your order. When done simply click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Confirm Order" button to submit your order. If you have selected Paypal or Paymate as your preferred payment method, you will be redirect to a secure server for the respective payment option to complete your payment.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message which will also contain further information for you to make payment if your selected to pay via Bank Deposit, Cheque or Money Order.

We will send you another e-mail message to confirm when your order has been sent out.
            

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review the status of your order, you can do this by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" button at the top of the page. You will find a complete summary of all ordered items as well as the current status of the order.
