This includes: - Replacing the housing with new parts (Face plate, Screen lens and Back plate) - Fitting a new Click Wheel - Fitting a new battery - Carefully testing the hard drive to ensure there are no problems - Updating the iPod to the latest software (ver 2.0.4) and restoring to factory default. - Thoroughly testing all functions of the iPod to ensure it's in full working order

Should you experience any problems within the first 12 months of owning the iPod simply contact us and if we are unable to solve your problem remotely we will organise for you to return the iPod to us where we will have it repaired or replaced within 2-3 days and sent back to you for free (warranty does not cover drop or liquid damage).If you experience any problems after the warranty has expired we can still arrange a repair for you at a very fair price.
