Australian Customers currently have the choice of 3 different shipping options provided by Australia Post.

Regular Post: This is the most economic option, a large number of our customers choose to have their parcels delivered via this method. Tracking & Insurance is not included however the chance of your parcel going missing is very rare.

Delivery times vary from 2 to 10 days. The following are average delivery times for our parcels sent via regular post:
NSW, ACT & Southern QLD - 2 to 3 days
VIC & Northern QLD - 3 to 4 days
TAS, SA, NT, WA - 4-10 days

Registered Post: This option generally has about the same delivery time as regular post however your items will be fully insured against loss and damage. A tracking number will also be provided which enables you to find out the location of your parcel by phoning Australia Post on 13 13 18 should there be any delay in delivery. This method is highly recommended if your order value is over $100

Registered Post parcels do need to be signed for and may be held at your local post office for collection. In this case you should normally receive a card in your letterbox advising the parcel is awaiting collection

Express Post: If you need your order quickly then this is definitely the best option. All express post shipments include up to $100 insurance for your goods against loss or damage. A tracking ID will also be provided which enables you to find out the location of your parcel by phoning Australia Post on 13 13 18 should there be any delay in delivery.

Delivery times vary from 1 to 3 days. The following are average delivery times for our parcels sent via express post:
NSW, ACT & Southern QLD - 1 day (overnight), 2 business days maximum.
VIC & Northern QLD - 2 business days, 3 business days maximum.
TAS, SA, NT, WA - 2 business days, 4 business days maximum.

International Customers currently have the choice of 3 different shipping options provided by Australia Post.

Air Mail: This is usually the best option for small orders. Tracking & Insurance is not included however the chance of your parcel going missing is very rare. Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 weeks.

Registered Air Mail: Delivery time is generally about the same as regular air mail however this service offers proof of posting and signature delivery for your piece of mind.

Express Post International: This service is a great option for larger orders. It has a delivery time of about a week to most locations and features online tracking, proof of posting and signature delivery.

ECI / EMS Courier: This service is ideal if you need your goods quickly. Although not very cost effective for smaller orders this service has a delivery time of less then a week and provides full online tracking, proof of posting and signature delivery.
